We seek to display, declare and delight in the hope of Christ, so that our young people will grow in their faith.
Sunday morning meetings generally begin with the whole church together, then the children leave with their leaders for activities and teaching in our age appropriate groups. You can expect to explore God’s word, the Bible, in creative and engaging ways through activities, crafts, games and more. Visiting children are very welcome to join them.
Buds: 0 – 3s
The children are currently following The New City Catechism. At other times in the year, they enjoy a short bible story using ‘The Big Storybook Bible’, craft, singing and time to play together.
“Now learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branches bud and its leaves begin to sprout, you know that summer is near… Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.” (Matthew 24:32)

Cedars: Primary Age children
We love following the sermon series, so we can talk about our learning together as families when we get home. Currently, we are following The New City Catechism. For the first past of our time, we meet as one large group opening up God’s word and then split into KS1 and KS2 age groups to apply what we have learnt through games or crafts.
“The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like the cedar in Lebanon” (Psalm 92:12)

We also have social events throughout the year for different age groups. This was our Light Party!
Rooted: Year 7-11
On Monday evenings, 6:45pm-8:15pm our youth group meet at The Chapel on the High Street in Teversham. The team put together a programme each term of relevant bible study and fun socials.
And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught and you will overflow with thankfulness. (Colossians 2: 6 & 7)

The team who lead the groups are all DBS checked and work according to our Safeguarding Policy.
